If we are to believe the Government and the medical establishment, not only is it not an epidemic, but we’re not even sure of any of it’s causes. They assert this in the face of overwhelming evidence to the contrary.

And I guess all these allegations of the use of a mercury based preservative(Primerisol ) is just a figment of our imagination. Everyone knows that mercury is poison, so Why is it being used with the blessing of our government?

Added to the problem are products like (NutraSweet/Equal/Spoonful/Canderel, E951, etc.), and you have a brain altering concoction that will certainly negatively impact individuals, children especially.

I grew up in the 1950s and knew a few people who were diagnosed as Mentally Retarded, but I knew no one with Autism, ADD or ADHD. In fact those conditions are a recent (since the 1980s) phenominon. One of the most confusing factors is the fact that we can’t even get our arms around the totality of the problem.

Depending on whom you speak to about the size of the problem, you’ll hear that Americans with Autism is about 1 in 150, but the world estimate is 1 in 10 with only about 10 percent diagnosed, and therefore reported. The other statistic that tends to water down the severity is the different breakdowns or specific types of Autism.

No matter how you break it down, one fact remains, and that is, the problem ends up in the brain and the chemistry of that person is changed for the worse. The sad thing is the government who is supposed to be looking out for us is in my opinion, woefully negligent or incompetent or both.

One thing that frequently gets missed is what it is costing the government and us as taxpayers by extension. We already know that health-care costs is a run away train, and by adding to the problem with these complex diagnosis’, where and when will it end.

I’ll tell you when, When Americans stop allowing themselves to be distracted by all the nonsensical arguments and finally get focused on the real problem. And that of course is the fact that the government is bought by big business. That is why nothing useful gets done. Until then, there will continue to be laws passed that favors those making more and more money on the backs of others while nothing really changes.

I guess you could say we deserve what we have, because we continue to tolerate it. You hear a lot of rhetoric about the debt we are leaving our children, but what about half of our children being retarded. They will certainly think that we were, for allowing this to happen.

One Final Note: Today when a child is born it is vaccinated immediately, before the mother even has a chance to object. So as a mother expecting, and you don’t agree with this practice, Here is a link that will point you in the right direction.

Energy is something we all need to function effectively. We instinctively know when we have it and when we loose it. It is something the body produces and uses 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The presence of it allows us to sail through the day, while it’s absence causes us to drag. It’s something we feel from deep inside. That’s because energy is produced at the cellular level and released for the remainder of the body;s systems to use and keep us charged up.

We all know what happens when our energy level is low. We mope around and are very inefficient in our physical and mental activities. Everything from brain fog to just not feeling well enough to get things done, can be attributed to lack of energy.

So let’s examine some of the culprits that use up our energy. High on that list is stress. Being stressed out all the time can have a debilitating effect on our energy level. While it affects individuals differently, the energy expended on stress subtracts from our overall energy reserve.

The next is toxins. We live in a world where toxins are everywhere. They’re in our food, our water, and even in the air we breath. As a result of toxins, our kidneys and liver are constantly overburdened while trying to process and deal with these poisons.

Prescription and illicit drugs are a substantial source of energy degradation. These chemical substances can impact liver and kidney function severely, and cause the body to expend huge amounts of energy just to cope with the toxic overload.

Cigarette smoking has been shown to cause problems, but many people don’t associate it with depleting the body of energy. The fact is, anything containing carcinogens and other chemicals diminishes our energy, and over the long term damages our health.

Processed foods are typically loaded with sugar and sodium. The problem is the accumulative nature, as these substances are found in so many foods, in amounts that in combination, vastly exceed daily recommended intakes.

Finally our lifestyle in general has an impact on our energy level. If you consume more than modest amounts of alcohol or you consume energy drinks that have huge amounts of sugar, caffeine and other substances, that will have a negative effect on your health, and rob you of energy, but the negative bonus is, you may also pick up an addiction.

So whether you are a high or low energy person remember, energy is what you feel when the body has successfully fulfilled the remainder of it’s perceived responsibilities. The use of natural energy enhancers is the safest way to feel great and charged up while avoiding crashes.

It is amazing that some are still debating this question in 2010. Perhaps if more was known about the origins of fluoride and what particular problems it solves for industry, we might have a better prospective on the matter. Also, if we understood better, the financial implications of fluoride use, that would also bring some clarity to the question.

Most understand that it’s all about the money, however without some level of detail, that is just a convenient phrase without any particular substance. Dentists were convinced that fluoride was essential to maintain good dental health. They in turn with their credentials and respect helped to convince the rest of us that fluoride was not only essential but also harmless to our kids.

Then one day we saw warnings on our toothpaste labels informing us that if toothpaste was ingested internally, a physician and or poison control center should be sought. This hardly sounds harmless.

Another question is why is it being placed in our drinking water? After all, if we should contact a poison control center after ingesting toothpaste, what about 4 or 8 glasses of tap water a day?

Here is a video that will share some light on the subject

This is a stunning statement. In fact, I’m sure many Americans don’t believe it. So we set out to provide some details on how it’s possible. Before we supply some specifics, lets review some of the problems caused by excessive sugar consumption.

Elevated insulin levels

Elevated triglyceride levels

Depressed immune system

Obesity

The “glycemic index” is a measure of how a given food affects blood-glucose levels. A lower index rating is preferred because the body can more efficiently process sugar and less likely to upset the body’s balance.

The Pancreas has the responsibility of releasing insulin to drop blood sugar levels. So less sugar means less stress on the entire body. Because refined dietary sugars lack vitamins and minerals, they must draw upon the body’s nutrient stores in order to be effectively metabolized into the system.

It’s interesting to note that glucose and vitamin C compete within the cells for residence. That is to say that more glucose means less vitamin C.

Because of the absence of vitamins, minerals and fiber, sugar has a deteriorating effect on the endocrine system, researchers agree that sugar consumption in America is one of the 3 major causes of degenerative disease.

So where does all this sugar come from?

Literally all processed foods, drinks, juices and snacks contain sugar, and it is known by many aliases such as:

High Fructose Corn Syrup

Crystalline Fructose

Dextrose

Fructose

Fruit Juice Concentrates

Maltose

Malt Syrup

Maltodextrin

Sucrose

There are many more names that sugar goes by. The important thing to recognize here it that it is in almost everything we eat. That is how we consume an average of 150 pounds per year without even knowing it.

60% of people who filed for bankruptcy had health insurance. The question is how secure is your health insurance? Many who currently have coverage are just fooling themselves if they think that somehow they are immune from the tactics of the insurance companies in denying care, dropping people from their roles, and raising rates will surely continue. After all those multi-million dollar salaries have to come from somewhere.

They are also fooling themselves if they think that these corporates want to see anything change. The truth is that if you are not independently wealthy, You’re one illness away from possible financial ruin.

With all the other pressures i.e. the economy, foreclosures, high fuel prices, job losses and job outsourcing, the last thing we need to be concerned about is being financially wiped out by an illness. That is where many people find themselves. Some acknowledge it, but others would rather not go there, and still others think, it could never happen to them.

That is what makes the subject of health so important. In fact, it is curious that the words health and wealth rhyme. The two words have a synergistic relationship. It is equally curious that being wealthy won’t sustain you if you’re not healthy. Conversely, if you’re healthy, you can work on the wealth part.

So while others are measuring their prospects for health by the quality of their healthcare coverage, people with the correct prospective, health insurance or not, continue to focus on what can build and sustain their health. Because they know staying healthy is the prime objective. They also understand that wherever you are financially, avoiding health issues by focusing on what keeps them healthy can avoid financial ruin.

The current health debate continues to miss the point in my opinion. Healthy people don’t cost themselves or the system. Big Pharma and the Medical Industry don’t particularly care for that analysis, but that’s the solution that we all should be striving for.

Consider the up side. Less money spent on healthcare (AKA sick care), is more money available to be spent somewhere else. Maybe even to boost the economy. A sober analysis of the economy suggests that it is largely based on unrealistic financial schemes that shower the greedy and neglect the needy. Add that to the enormous amount of money we borrow because we dont make anything to export anymore. The corporates have no incentive to change their behavior. If enough people wake up, they could have influence on what is being charged, as well as what is delivered for care.

Everyone knows the current system is unsustainable but the corporates will continue to extract form the economy as well as taxpayers, every dollar they can, no matter who it hurts, or how much money we borrow from China. Our personal indebtiness and debt as a county will continue to grow.

With all the talk about healthcare reform, there is absolutely no mention of the millions of Americans who don’t contribute to the cost of healthcare or the problem. These individuals in fact save the system billions of dollars that would have to be spent on them along with everybody else.

They take responsibility for their health and recognize that for their body to function optimally, certain actions must occur. Also they know that length of life and quality of life are not mutually exclusive. In essence, people who take responsibility don’t have compromised immune systems. So Flu season for instance, need not be of particular concern because of a bolstered immune system.

What is missing in my opinion is a financial incentive to do what many other Americans are already doing. Lets talk about what Americans are doing. These enlightened individuals are engaged in a process that I would characterize as “HealthShare”.

New terms need to be defined, so let me define what I mean by HealthShare. It is the recognition that most chronic health problems don’t start a week before the person gets sick. It is a process of degradation that occurs in the body, often over decades. It is also a recognition that just because you feel fine today, doesn’t mean that all is well inside; particularly if you are not being aggressive about making sure you are getting the appropriate nutritional intake daily.

The fact is the medical community will seldom if ever encounter these individuals because these people have made a conscious decision to opt for nutrition over the nonsense of doing virtually nothing but waiting for life to take its course.

The largest obstacle for some is the cost incurred over and above the cost of health insurance. If more people adopted HealthShare, more would remain healthy and the onset of devastating degenerative diseases would be reduced, or diminished.

Any discussion of improving healthcare without improving health is incomplete and ignores the obvious. With all the complaining of the medical industry about cost, the executives continue to rake in millions annually. So they really have no incentive to educate you or change a system that is so lucrative for them.

Likewise the Insurance and Pharmaceutical industries will continue to profit exorbitantly from the current way of doing things while the rest of us struggle for what we all are paying for.

It is about time the government (that is those in government that care) institute some kind of financial incentive program that promotes health, not the usual clichés about eating right and exercise.

The news of late about the progress of producing a Swine Flu Vaccination is causing some anxiety on the part of health professionals. It has been reported that the Swine bacteria in the lab is not growing as fast as scientist would like. This will of course delay its availability to the marketplace. This in turn would require the regular seasonal flu shots first and then later when the swine flu vaccine is ready, the swine flu shots.

We are in the middle of a healthcare debate in America so where is the substantive discussion about health and immunity. Remember, that is the health part of healthcare. The only way to really save lives and money on healthcare is to require much less of it.

I don’t live my life from one disease to the next or from one flu season to the next. Instead I work on the root problem every day, my health, and don’t worry about whatever comes along. I concentrate on building and maintaining my immune system by learning and applying excellent nutritional practices.

Why is the only advice you get from government and the media is eat right and exercise. Exactly what does that mean? Why do they talk in generalities about a subject that is so important? Where is the specific information we need to take control of our own health?

Maybe they don’t want you to be in control. I know that is how the Pharmaceutical Medical, and Insurance industries feel. Just look at the health debate going on right now. How much would they loose if you became healthy? Multiply that by the number of people just in whatever city or town you live in.

While becoming a physician takes years of study and hard work, it just takes common sense to apply facts when you know them. So why is government so reluctant to advertise the facts? Well, some obviously have a financial incentive to go with the status quo while still others are drinking the cool-aid.

So I applaud the President’s efforts to provide affordable healthcare for all, but the thing that will save the most lives, and alleviate the most suffering, and reduce the most cost is an adequate education on health, and how to build it and how to maintain it.

Understand that the aforementioned Drug and Medical, industries have no incentive to participate in your good health. If you don’t get sick, they don’t get to peddle drugs to you. Hospitals and medical facilities don’t get to charge those exorbitant rates for visits, tests and so forth .Oh sure, Insurance companies would love for you to never get sick but buy their health insurance policies and never collect on it.

The drug industry in particular has gone to great lengths to perpetuate itself by funding universities, funding self-determinate studies, media manipulation, TV and print advertising and lobbyist. That’s how an entire population can be misinformed.

But you don’t have to be, as long as you realize “Houston, We Have A Problem”.

http://www.traservices.com/wcg/wcg.html

Painkillers are supposed to kill pain. But do they stop there? For many, it’s the beginning of an addiction that can last the rest of of a person’s life. The media and talking heads have been involved in a lot of speculation about how Michael Jackson died. If painkillers were involved, it really makes the story a sad one. One could speculate that an addiction to painkillers could have be the beginning of a downward slide into abuse of prescription drugs.

Think abut what painkillers do. They are drugs that deaden senses to the point that you feel no pain. But what about the condition that caused the pain to begin with. They do nothing to fix the problem so if the condition persist so does the need for painkillers. That amounts to a pain and drug cycle with no way out. Is that the best we can expect from modern medicine?

Let me point out that whenever there is pain, there is an underlying cause. So it makes no sense to treat the symptom and then do nothing about cause. Also, drugs are unnatural to the body and all have a level of toxicity that effect the body. When you mix different drugs the problem can be magnified by an order of magnitude. The mixture is referred to as a cocktail.

It’s time people figure out that:

drugs of any kind are toxic

the body will suffer effects beyond the scope of the treatment, the severity of which varies from person to person

other vital organs like the liver, kidneys and digestive system often are effected, leading to other problems.

There are natural things that serve to rebuild the body to defend against all degenerative disease and inflammation.

That is something you will not hear anything about in the media because it reduces the amount of drugs sold and reduces encounters with the medical system and keeps you healthier.

Let’s consider how drugs and medical care fit into the current health debate. We should know that there are interests that stand to loose if the status quo changes. So we should not expect the truth from these special interests. It’s really up to us to be smart and act smarts about these issues about pharmaceuticals drugs and their effects on your health short and long term.

You should know these facts:

Dugs don’t cure diseases

Drugs don’t really heal diseases

Drugs only treat the symptoms

Remember painkillers are unnatural and come with unintended issues.

Women as a percentage of the overall population, suffer with constipation problems more than men by a factor of 2 to 1. Regardless of the cause, the important thing is recognition of the problem.

There are many things that contribute to constipation in women. With all of the processed foods, contaminants in the environment, prescription and over the counter drugs etc, it should not be a surprise that these and other types of health issues would arise.

This problem has two important aspects that should be analyzed:

First, a lack of fiber in the diet allows fecal impaction to develop in the digestive system. So instead of a broom to sweep out the colon, the contents of the bowels just collect and accumulate waste continuously.

Secondly, dehydration, which is something, that upsets the fluid balance in the body and directly affects moisture in the digestive system. This condition causes a dried or hardened stool and subsequent straining.

Many things contribute to dehydration including:

Intense diarrhea

Vomiting

Fever

Excessive sweating

Inadequate intake of water during hot weather or exercise

Too much salt

Too much sugar

Too many sodas (especially carbonated sodas)

Artificial sweeteners

Another thing to notice about dehydration is that when a person is treated medically, they are not given a bottle of water to solve the problem, rather they are given fluids that are meant to restore to the degree possible fluids necessary to restore bodily fluids.

In cases where women might encounter frequent constipation, they would do well to consider pressing the reset button, which is a colon cleanse. Getting all that fecal matter out of the digestive system could improve overall health tremendously.

The key to understanding constipation is to be aware of the things that cause it namely lack of fiber and dehydration of bodily fluids and using a natural product that routinely assists in maintaining moisture, as well as supplies fiber, as we get very little to none in the processed foods we eat.

According to news reports, The US Government is saying that it may take 3 different flu vaccinations for the Swine Flu.

What am I missing when I hear that someone dies, and the Flu is identified as the cause or a contributing factor? There is something missing but I’m not missing it. When the body’s resistance is sufficiently low, a common cold could develop into pneumonia.

In fact, when a pathogen invades the body, it is not uncommon for pneumonia to deliver the final blow. That just proves that these pathogens are lurking in the body, just waiting for an opportunity to attack. In fact, the body is always under attack, and it is only the body’s defenses that can allow us to resist.

Just because you feel great, don’t be deceived into believing that your body is not constantly under attack. If your body’s defenses are strong, you may not even be aware of the attack. On the other hand, if your defenses are not strong enough, you may become ill. If your defenses are low enough, you could die.

So concentrating on a treatment or prevention of a specific condition while virtually ignoring all other aspects of body function is at best a nonsense strategy.

Instead of the US Government trying to come up with a specific vaccination for Swine Flu, they and you would be better served promoting the strengthening of everyone’s immune system.

That would not only take care of Swine Flu, but also improve an individual’s overall health. This would lower healthcare cost across the board.

It should be noted however, that not everyone wants to keep you healthy. Just follow the money and you’ll get a sense of whom I’m referring to. The profit in you being ill is enormous. Lets be real, your health is a personal issue and I can guarantee you that you will be the only one who really cares.

The world will continue to see new and more virulent strains of Flu and other viruses so clearly, new vaccinations every year is a crap shoot. The question is, can you afford to follow the herd and cling to the latest medical and pharmaceutical propaganda, or will you take full control and become proactive in learning and taking action to not only rebuild but to sustain your own health.
